Design work has fixed rates. Social media and website packages are quoted, because the figure depends on scope: how many platforms, how many sites, and how much of the work is ongoing.

Everything else (custom platforms, SaaS products, mobile apps) is scoped and quoted per project.

Whichever it is, the quote states the full price including 15% VAT where applicable, in writing, before you commit to anything.

Yes. The starting selection is only a starting point. Every item and quantity on the sheet can be changed, and any of the published tiers can be applied and then edited afterwards.

Nothing is fixed until you have a written quote in front of you.

The website packages include hosting and a domain for the first year. What happens after that first year is set out in your quote.

On delivery speed: we develop with AI assistance, which has moved our timelines from months to weeks. The schedule for your particular project is confirmed in the quote rather than promised here.

Yes. Under Namibia's Electronic Transactions Act 4 of 2019 you may cancel an electronic transaction within seven days, without giving a reason and without penalty.

Yes. Every project shown is running in production, or was handed over and is. None of them is a mockup.

Where a platform runs on client data we cannot show, the screen is captioned “Interface shown with sample data”. It is never passed off as a live capture.
