A Namibian digital product studio building international-grade platforms for government, federations, and businesses across Africa and beyond.
The story
Future CC started as a small IT services company in Windhoek in 2012. More than a decade later we ship custom software to government ministries, international federations, and businesses across three continents, without ever leaving Namibia.
What changed in between is the story of every great studio: we got better at our craft, we picked up the right tools, and we never confused velocity with shortcuts.
Flip's background in architecture (the building kind) gave him an unusual relationship with software: obsessed with structure, allergic to busywork, comfortable holding the entire model of a system in his head.
Based in Windhoek, Namibia, building systems for organizations across Africa, Korea, and Europe.
Our journey
Started as an IT services company in Windhoek, Namibia: hardware, networking, and support.
Transitioned from IT support to building custom web applications for local businesses.
Added creative services, including brand identity, social media, and corporate design for Namibian companies.
IESF contract: building an 11-application ecosystem for a global esports federation headquartered in Korea.
Integrated AI into our workflow. Delivery timelines compressed from months to weeks without sacrificing quality.

Project Manager
The client's point of contact from kickoff to handover. Turns requirements into a scoped plan, keeps the schedule honest, and makes sure what ships is what was agreed.
Process Consultant
Maps how an organisation actually works before a line of code is written, so the system follows the process rather than the other way round.
Finance Manager
Runs the studio's finances: invoicing, accounts and supplier payments. Makes sure the price agreed in writing is the price you pay.
Office Assistant
Keeps the studio running day to day: scheduling, correspondence and the administration behind every project. Often the first person you speak to when you call.
IT Technician
Looks after the hardware, networks and day-to-day IT support that keep the studio running: the work Future CC was founded on in 2012.
